The QBE Foundation has become the first organisation to adopt a number of schools within the All Schools programme.
From September onwards, QBE staff in Birmingham, Bristol and Leeds will join forces with the Foundation and the RFU for the next three years, to help children in underperforming schools achieve more through rugby.
The programme aims to increase the amount of rugby in schools, and the game’s core values of discipline and teamwork can make a positive difference to children’s behaviour and even to academic success.
Staff from QBE will link with their local schools, get to know the pupils and be able to support and follow their achievements.
